Working closely with Jackson Custom Shop, renowned guitarist Mark Heylmun, who plays his signature sound with leading Californian progressive deathcore titans Suicide Silence, tinkered and perfected the modern take on this iconic design. It’s no surprise that this fusion of crushing riffs, blistering leads, tight-knit mashes of death metal, grind and metalcore is the perfect combination for flawless guitar work.
Designed for contemporary playability and sonic intensity, this 7-string solidbody gives you easily accessible upper register with outstanding balance facility when switching between stages. Perfectly designed for push as hard as you want with tones from thick and glossy low ends to cutting high crystalline sounds. The already established searing tones are backed up by an ultra fast maple neck; compound radius fretboard; Seymour Duncan active pickups; Floyd Rose tremolo bridge system; distinctive Shark Fin inlays; reverse stem die-cast locking tuners; single volume control; black knobs and chrome hardware – all making it ideal for any touring situation or studio recording session.
