This unique acoustic-electric guitar – the first double-neck instrument to roll off Martin’s production line since its last harp guitar in 1907 – features both a twelve and six-string neck, giving players the flexibility to explore new sounds, tunings, and textures all on one instrument. Whether you’re layering lush, shimmering chords on the twelve-string or adding intricate melodies with the six-string, the Grand J-28E DN opens the door to limitless musical possibilities.
This guitar’s Grand Jumbo body ensures a bold, projective tone, while its solid East Indian rosewood back and sides are known for delivering a resonant sound with deep bass and rich overtones, making it perfect for a wide variety of playing styles. Paired with a solid spruce top, the guitar offers bold and balanced sound transmission.
