Equipped with an XLR output, the Q9x easily integrates into almost any professional or home studio setup and is extremely versatile for capturing anything from acoustic instruments to screaming vocalists or close miking drums. The Q9x is housed in an aluminum body with an integrated yoke mount that allows it to be attached to a boom arm or desk stand.
Built for Sound
The Q9x features a professional grade dynamic mic capsule that is optimized for capturing vocal performance. The cardioid pickup pattern provides excellent off-axis rejection while minimizing ambient noise, making it ideal for use in untreated home studios. An advanced humbucking coil reduces the pickup of electromagnetic (EMI) and radio-frequency interference (RFI) as well as any hum or buzz from other equipment. A mid-boost circuit switch adds extra presence to vocal frequencies when engaged.

The Q9x is housed in an aluminum body with an integrated yoke mount that allows it to be attached to a boom arm or desk stand. Inside, a shock mount isolates the capsule from mechanical noise that could be radiated through the body, while an integrated dual-layer grille and removable foam windscreen minimizes annoying pops and plosives for clear, professional sounding broadcasts and recordings.
