The 414ce is an all solid wood, U.S. built model that is part of the entry way into the higher end models Taylor offers. New refinements for 2026 make this amazing value add instrument more compelling than ever. The guitar starts with all solid woods consisting of Indian Rosewood for the back and sides, and Sitka Spruce for the top. This classic tone wood combination gives the player plenty of bass and top end response with a nice, scooped out midrange. Action Control Neck. A new, long tenon neck joint design that not only improves tone and sustain but allows a qualified technician to adjust the neck angle in seconds with the strings still on and the guitar under tension.
