New Models and Finishes at the PRS Booth | NAMM 2026

Wandering around the NAMM floor, we ran into our good buddy Alex from PRS. And he was at the PRS booth! What a coincidence… We got to chatting all about the latest PRS releases, from new Silver Sky finishes and super lightweight DGT models all the way to a brand-new baritone model from an unlikely collaboration. Check out the latest PRS gear from NAMM 2026.

PRS Silver Sky Wild Blue Finish

Who doesn’t get excited for new finishes? And at NAMM 2026, PRS dropped a big one with a brand-new finish for the John Mayer Silver Sky: Wild Blue.

Yes, the blue is pretty, but the real excitement comes from the matching headstock. This is the very first U.S. PRS model to come with a matching headstock! Everything else about the guitar is the same as the standard Silver Sky model, so you know it’s going to play and sound amazing.

However, the PRS Silver Sky Wild Blue is limited to only 1,000 units worldwide, so be sure to grab yours right away!

A while back, PRS ran a limited run of DGT semi-hollow guitars that players everywhere loved for their crazy lightweight build and, of course, amazing playability and tone. Well for NAMM 2026, PRS is offering a permanent DGT Semi-Hollow model with moon inlays.

This guitar is crazy lightweight, so you can play even the longest shows without worrying about shoulder pain the next day. Plus, you still get all the crazy tone-swapping abilities with the DGT pickups and push/pull tone control.

Fun Fact: The DGT is the only PRS model with moon fingerboard inlays.

S2 Vela HHT

Ready for some offset madness? For NAMM 2026, PRS launched a brand-new S2 Vela model called the HHT. Why HHT, you ask? Because it features two humbuckers and a tremolo bridge!

The PRS S2 Vela HHT sports the same DS-01 humbuckers and lightweight solid body as the original model. But now you can take those tones into dive-bomb territory with the PRS Patented tremolo bridge. It’s an exciting little feature that can make your playing that much more expressive.

Ed Sheeran Cosmic Splash Baritone

A baritone from PRS? That’s right! For NAMM 2026, PRS released their latest collaboration guitar, the Ed Sheeran Cosmic Splash hollow-body baritone. It’s quite the name for quite the guitar.

This guitar is PRS’s first collaboration with Ed Sheeran, and it’s Ed all the way around. Sure, it has PRS 85/15 “S” pickups for a great electric tone, but it also sports an L.R. Baggs piezo in the bridge. With the dual outputs and blend knob, you can really dial in some crazy tones.

Obviously, this guitar has a crazy finish too, based on Ed’s Cosmic Splash painting. It’s a guitar that looks as stunning as it sounds. And with its familiar neck shape, it’s the perfect guitar for anyone looking to get into baritone world without feeling like they have to learn a brand-new instrument.

The PRS Ed Sheeran Cosmic Splash baritone is also limited to 1,000 guitars worldwide, so don’t wait around to get yours!
